The lens shows the joy of celebrating New Year every year. With every element that focuses on many beginnings to come. I experimented with different vibrant colors and textures to convey the start of a great year. Happy New Year Text Banner slowly zooms in and out. The glasses (2022), the hat, and the noisemaker follow the user’s head when it moves side by side (left and right). The balloons, confetti’s, digital clock, and sparkler elements slowly move left and right. The fireworks element also zoom in and out when the user moves- to show the motion of fireworks.
The lens shows the colorful and vibrant world of K-pop. The elements are inspired by K-pop from their music videos, albums, promotional videos, lightsticks, the makeup of the wide range of K-pop stars, and concerts (such as BLACKPINK, BTS, Twice, Apink, Taeyeon, and many more). I used a vibrant color palette from K-pop music videos and texture to enhance each element. The purple frames are static. To nod for a K-pop look- The headband, eyeshadow glitters makeup, pink strands of hair, and microphone follow the user’s head when it moves side by side (left and right). The lightstick and stars glowing lights blink slowly. The Lightstick firework/ sparkle consists of a circle burst effect. The disco ball slowly spins horizontally, and the cd rotates clockwise. The pink bubbles, flowers, musical notes, photo cards, finger heart gesture, shapes, and blue liquid elements slowly move left and right. Lastly, Kimchi and Bokki can be interactive by tapping each for a surprise.
